New generation contact lenses are made from materials that increase the level of oxygen permeability through the lens by 3 to 7 times, compared to traditional lenses. In addition, the lenses are also enriched with an internal moisturising material which makes the lens exceptionally soft and moist. As a result, modern lenses can be worn for up to 16 hours a day without the feeling of dryness or eye redness.
