Graduate of the Medical University of Silesia, where he completed his second degree specialisation in ophthalmology with honours and defended his thesis on contact lenses, obtaining the title of doctor of medical sciences. In order to deepen his knowledge in the field of ophthalmology, he graduated from the School of Optometry, obtaining an optician's diploma. He organises numerous training courses on contact lens fitting for ophthalmologists. Author of 5 and co-author of 15 scientific papers published in ophthalmology journals in the country and abroad. Board member of the Polish Contact Lens Association. Main area of interest is contact lenses, including keratoconus correction, correction of high astigmatism and orthocorrection.
